All news on it seems a bit old. Nano Flowcell the start up behind unveiled its Quant e-Sport Limousine as per gibbo's video in 2014, and in 2015 they unveiled a City Car version the Quantino.

That Top Gear write up appears to confirm my suggestion of a multi hose fill up but they go with the vapourizer idea I suggested rather than the drain and recycle plan. Either way if they have sold the idea to a major car maker the chances are it will be lost to us until they have exhausted their stocks and parts for ICE cars. Can't let innovation and progress interfere with profit making now can we?

Come on Mick, that's just the old conspiracy story recycled, back in the fifties it was "They've made a rubber for tyres that don't wear out but the tyre companies have hidden it." and "They've invented a car that runs on water but the oil companies have hidden it."

If such things had been true there would be someone who would have produced it and made a killing, and sod the consequences.

Just read right through the nanoflow website and found it quite interesting. If it's genuine then I would love to go and see their operation with a view to shareholding as on the face of it they offer a far more practicle solution to electric car transport. Any body else interested enough to join me if I can arrange a visit?

That certainly doesn't embellish the subject. However it doesn't repudiate it entirely either!! I shall have words with my son-in-law who is a materials engineer working in Germany and get his view and report back!!
