Well here is some solid evidence the GS had a starting handle Stevemyglaren wrote: 09 Nov 2019, 13:28 I have had at least one car with a starting handle and have used it.
I don't remember which but think it could have been the GS.
Well after much deliberation although there is no absolute proof, I sort of think that this from UAZ could well be started with a starting handle if you poked it through the hole outlined!mickthemaverick wrote: 09 Nov 2019, 13:05 You've just set yourself a loose end thenI'm off babysitting so no chance to research it. I'll look forward to the answer in due course

Just got back from babysitting and I see that you have not got total proof yet. I had a browse on the phone while out and came up with the Hindustan Ambassador as a potential contender for last starting handle car, so is it the Uaz or the Hindustan? Answers on a postcard please!!NewcastleFalcon wrote: 09 Nov 2019, 19:02
