Sibelius and Finlandia mentioned on the Pickled Egg Jukebox, Mick and Gibbo's post about balls here on POTD, and a picture of Ice Balls from Finland from Steve. Just occasionally there is a random flow of connectivity in our deliberations here on the French Car Forum.

A pair of nipples are alive and well here, on our concrete mixer.
Shame Citroen rear trailing arms (BX, C15 et al) didn't get them. Might have saved a good few sets of arm bearings from the deathly c-r-e-a-k
.
My first car had one of these, a Luvax-Bijur system, which kept springs, shackles (
) and steering joints lubricated with 90 grade oil. Just needed topping up once a year or so.
This was it, bottom left, under a P2 "Twelve" bonnet... I think buses were still using a similar system until a few decades ago.

She said it was her husband's nickname for her because she was thick.
Her posts destroyed his opinion of her, smart as a tack

NewcastleFalcon wrote: 24 Jan 2018, 15:47 Well after a small amount of deliberation I'm shoving this one in here. Won the most interesting car in Morrison's car park prize for me, even took a photo of it.
Its an early Clio from 1994, and its yellow did stand out on a very dull Sunday, a prelude to a big snowfall a couple of hours later. Yes its pre-Thierry Henri and his Va-Va-Voom, and slap bang in the throws of Nicole-Papa.
from wiki Papa and Nicole-fascinating facts!
Surveys by Channel 4 and ITV revealed the series as the most popular car advertisements ever aired in Britain. In 1996, one survey found that Nicole was recognised by more Britons than Prime Minister John Major, Bob Hoskins or Chris Evans.[1] Renault was found to be the most persuasive advertiser in five European countries in 1994.

And in case any younger members don't know what the parody in that clio ad was of, here is the original:

I always thought that she should have been hired to advertise Skodas. Not as lucrative for her I expect.
Good for Renault though

Should cars be a little more fun? or is the city car of the future going to be boring pods, and little electric blobs,
