16 is the bonnet lock. The radiator is fitted on elastic dowels (2), so is designed to be firm but slightly pliable - but not enough to move it like you describe.

There should be very little movement of the radiator - perhaps just a couple of mm, against the rubber bushes.

When I checked mine yesterday, the push-fit location lug at 4 (above) was slightly out of its socket. Nothing drastic, but it just wasn't sitting where it was designed to go and didn't seem to want to sit snugly.
Sadly no longer a C5 owner :(

I think your radiator is a freak accident. I have had a look at mine. And there are no screws that could cause this situation.

I do not know... visit it today... and new radiator is now on... tests in course...(photo made before)

But, in the bay, there is one confusing tube, (also for "expert")... it is unattached on one side, and we do not know for what it is, and where should go..

Can somebody give some idea... it is tube next to the battery, after ribbed one... tin black hose, with yellow ring some ⅝0cm from end of tube (look at photo). Other end enters black box on top of engine, were injectors are...but where should other go!?

I took the car 20 min before... 10 I'm city ride,.. temp 97'C - fan kicks in - 95'C still working... looks normal, just when I parked, sow some wapor going little bit around lights... open the hood, but I think it is vaporising humidity from antifreeze spiled all over bay... will see tomorrow.

Conclusion from service is that there is nothing wrong... everything working fine, no explanation for radiator burst... just happeneđ...

I am trying to identify it - and so far the only thing I can see vaguely near the top cable is the injector harness:

Yes, what you have is a pipe, not a wiring/harness.
See whether you can identify exactly where the pipe leads to on the engine block.
