Needing A C2 Wiring Diagram
Can anyone assist me with the engine wiring diagram for my 2006 1.1 C2 Furio. ABS but no stability control. Manual Gearbox. I am looking for all the engine related wiring going to the ECU. I have tried Sedre but the wiring diagram is incorrect. I think there might be a couple of different ECUs used... Mine has a Johnson Controls ECU. Seems to be super rare...

Re: Needing A C2 Wiring Diagram
Based on your VIN with the correct options selected there is a possibility of 2 layouts, so I will put them both up in separate posts.
C2 1.1i 60 (TU1A) Multiplexing CAN CAN Assembly, 5 Spd Manual no ESP.
As always, if you need component codes, here is the link to my post on the Wiki that has the components in ascending order:

Re: Needing A C2 Wiring Diagram
Thanks Marc. First one looks like the one I already have. Second one looks like it's using the same pin outs to the injectors as the first so I don't think that's right either. I played around with all the options in Sedre last night trying to generate the right diagram. It's my feeling Sedre does not have it.
Also hunted high and low on web but can't find anything relating to my ECU at all..

These should be the ones - what makes you think you have a different one? What exactly are you looking for?
Your specs indicate a Siemens Injection ECU as it left the factory! So unless somebody has changed it...... But Johnson Controls ECU is not a popular one I have seen on PSA cars. I suspect it may of been a replacement but your specs definable show a Siemens as original equipment.

Re: Needing A C2 Wiring Diagram
My coil pack was a Johnson Controls brand as well. I believe the ECU is original but will maybe pull out the ECU and see if I can get a manufacturing date code. I was wanting to check resistance readings on injector and coil pack wires. Using the first diagram pin outs none of the injector wires showed any continuity to the corresponding pins on the ECU. Two of the coil pack wires appeared to be correct but the remaining two did not tally up.

Let us know the part number or codes (photo even) and I’ll see what it reveals.

Re: Needing A C2 Wiring Diagram
Aahh, so I have found this identical unit which explains the mystery a little further... in 2005, Valeo acquired the engine electronics division of Johnson Controls, so that would make sense with your car build date being Nov 2005.
Identical label markings to yours, but if you look at the second picture on the left hand bottom corner, you'll see it is a Valeo unit where I've arrowed in yellow (note: I've removed the advertising of the seller, so the fins look a little out of alignment - that's me

Good detective work there Marc! I had read Johnson was taken over by Sagem then by Valeo but who knows. I think your version sounds more plausible given the evidence in the photos. Now that is established I wonder if a wiring diagram can be procured.

Re: Needing A C2 Wiring Diagram
Unfortunately, there isn’t an option to select these by make of ECU, the diagrams are based in build date and specific engine, electronic architecture and other options.
So they provide only 2 diagrams for this engine with your specs and build date. So which bits are not correct on the diagrams I put up previously as a matter of interest?

Are you absolutely sure that you are interperating the pin numbers on the plug correctly? For a given make of ECU it would be unusual for the pin allocations to move around.
