2CV time
Original Colours special edition or cobbled together? What to do with spare doors from a 2CV, make some shed windows with them
and if you want to sell something don't bother with the internet.....cardboard on a windscreen
Regards Neil

I spotted a silver Xantia at the Fleet Services, northbound, on the M3 this afternoon. R990 EHS. If the badges are anything to go by it is a V6 Activa, with LPG.

Rare spot today just past IKEA in Bletchley.
Pug 106 GTi. More specifically though, one that aside from a *tastefully fitted* stainless exhaust, it looked absolutely stock. Was gleaming in the sun, and sounded nice too.
Always nice to see a car like that which has been cherished rather than modified beyond recognition.

Saw a bright red GS on the road today, then shortly after, a blue CX passed me by, both clean looking specimens

Coming up the M1 yesterday passed a Dutch XM estate towing a caravan - couldn't catch what engine it was, but it looked in good nick. Inevitably it was dark green!!

This was the only other interesting vehicle to turn up at the camp site we were just staying at all weekend.
Talbot Express based, though I'm afraid that's the extent of my knowledge! Petrol I'm guessing as it snuck past me driving in...and usually the clatter of an old school diesel is enough to make me look around these days! Especially if it's an XUD.

Mint looking little Pug 205 XE spotted just now at Southwaite Services on the M6.
The fact that you still see 205s out and about reasonably often has to say a lot about what good little cars they are.

Encountered a white 205 XAD in Torrox a couple of nights ago. It had driven by a couple of guys from home in Brittany. It was 25 years old, and Commercial spec, they said.

Amazingly there was a 205 van at the Manchester Classic Car show this year - & not just any old XA/D but the coachbuilt (I use the term loosely) one, with the extension box replacing the regular tailgate.
