Unloved 90's Renault Languishing

Local car I see often and probably rare: I'm preparing to move house so a shot at someone saving it / using it as a parts car if its worth bothering
An enquiry on DVLA shows it to be 2975cc and MOT last expired 6 years ago
If anyone wants to follow it up, I'll provide reg and address
or if you'd like to put together some sort of 'note to the owner' I'll print it out and put it through the Letterbox
I'm suspecting the property its on is not regularly inhabited, possibly a holiday home.

Neither of the above - that's a Safrane. Was their top of the range luxury model, using the shared PSA/Renault V6 engine.

I'm not a Renault fan, but always really liked these.
