DP0057 \Auto Gearbox

Do any of you lovely lot know who makes the DP0057 auto gearbox, as seen in, amongst others, the Renault Scenic 2007 1.6 VVT petrol version?

It's not just a rebadged AL4 is it? Looking on eBay, it seems to share some parts...
