2.5 XM in the piccy, currently 105k miles.
Average 33.2 mpg, but did 43mpg average on a 3000km jaunt last Autumn.
Usually driven briskly...

Funnily enough I managed almost the same mpg doing 56mph as i did doing 80mph! I got it into a good cruise on the M6 so was feathering the throttle. Like you my town is horrendous for stop/start so daily its the usual 30's, I got about 750ish out of the last tankful before bottling it and filling back up :rofl2:

These are figures I can only dream about. I need to fuel the activa after about 280 miles if I'm lucky! Here's hoping the newly bought daily berlingo gets these sort of figures!

And it was bought for smiles so that is ok! It only gets one fill per month, unless I am going to meets. Most other duties are done in the other car.

Not quite 5K miiles showing but this is average I seem to get regardless. Mostly urban/rural and short journeys, as seen by the very low average MPH. And this is with the wasted fuel of the compulsory afterburners every 300km.

Ouch! Now I remember why I gave up big (auto) petrol!
I've just done almost 3x that on the way up to Scotland, much of it at 120-130km/h.
Even my V8 3500S managed 24, 27 touring.

Oh long distance steady runs im sure she is fine but hammering around locally with a few sprints and excursions beyond 100 (Km/hr of course lol) does tend to make the beast drink, i just stumped up £100 to fill the tank so i will see what i get fill to fill now i have calmed down a bit. trouble is at 3-6k rpm and WOT it does have a good voice.

The 2.0i would do 21mpg over here so if i get above 20mpg i will be very happy, last time i checked when it first went on the road post-op i achieved 22mpg driving steadily which is not bad for all in town style traffic conditions.

Can't wait - how long?
I know mine can do so much better between refills, but I do way too many short journeys to maintain it over 5000miles.
On the flip-side, I cannot get it under 50mpg either.

I got 59.3mpg from my 1.1 Saxo last weekend...

An incredibly frugal little car :)
