Forum maintenance Monday 07/08/2017 Completed (early)

I have now completed this update ahead of schedule.

You should notice a couple of user-facing improvements:

• The post-love summaries at the top of forum pages are now better formatted and a more readable on small screens (I have also changed the settings a little)
• The broken smileys are fixed

I have just noticed that if you have previously posted a message with a broken smiley, it still appears broken unless you edit the post (e.g. add a space anywhere) .
