Re: Picture(s) of the day.....
Out and about in North Northumberland today, not at its most photogenic has to be said, mist, drizzle and rain.
But on a decent day this is what it looks like, and appropriate because the base is Milfield Airfield which has a story to tell, which I intend to find out more about. Young people from New Zealand and Canada, came to this small part of Northumberland, and many made the ultimate sacrifice with tributes to their service being commemorated in stained glass windows, and in the churchyard of St Gregory's Church at Kirknewton which we visited today.
Sorry its a link-clicker, but my photographic skills dont quite stretch to flying a drone at 2000 ft to take aerial pics!

The FCF is not alone in having Picture of the Day. NASA as long as you don't use their logo are pretty relaxed about use of their images

Beautiful!

If you were to find a large enough Allen Key you might be able to dismantle Saturn!

Re: Picture(s) of the day.....
The excellent site http://dardel.info/tintin/indexE.html provides a pretty comprehensive record of all cars appearing in TinTin. I have come across a couple of others although I have since found out that the nice Citrioen H Van posted up on the H-Vans thread is most likely a fake. There is this too which did appear in "TinTin Comic" but actually came from the "Ric Hochet" comic strip included within the comic. Still a nice pic anyway.
Now a yelllow Caravelle/Floride would be ideal, but I wouldn't refuse a yellow MGA if I had to...

A beautiful FCF symmetry
In an amazing "what are the chances of that happening?" moment, the French Car Forum French Car Chat board on first viewing this morning displayed an unbelievable symmetry.
I dont have to point it out in words do I? Just discover it for yourself
Thanks to White Exec, Myglaren, and Van Ordinaire for coming together so beautifully to make it happen
Regards Neil
