Yes, we just love your part of the world and be grateful for all the income we bring in... We cyclists eat and drink a lot and keep a multitude of small cafés and related industries in business... Without us you'd all be broke and begging in the streets...

If you really wanted to you could keep us away if you flattened out all the lumpy bits

Just to clear up the loose ends...

The Muddled Man and the pumps are in West Chinnock, and the threee bridges are in Wales at Devil's Bridge, within 100 yards of one of the remaining AA Boxes.

...and so Old Petrol Pumps day has drawn to a close, and the title goes back to normal.....

My dad had an HA Viva... He loved it and then bought an HB...

The HB Viva is still a looker even now... Shame the mechanicals were so awful...

I like to delve into a bit of background and there is plenty of information on the former Hooton Park Airfield where Vauxhall built their "Ellesmere Port" car factory in the earlt 1960's
