JBL AMP Wattage\Channels Citroen C5?????

Hello...
Who can enlighten me??
I have a question that I can't find anywhere and it is about the Wattage\RMS\Channels of the Amplifier. Does anyone know the Wattage\power\rms of the JBL amplifier that it is located in the back of the glove-box. And also the power used in all speakers???? It is for the Citroen C5 Mk2 (2004-2007 facelift).

Amp specs:
JBL 96 533 836 80
EQ NOV03 RT3/RD4
HS 6415 L4

While I cannot help (as I do not have the information) it could be useful to post up the model number and any other details on that label. Then somebody may be able to look it up for you.

I wrote the specs of the amplifier in the starting post above picture (pic is not my amp, is a pic taken on the net)... ;)

What is shown on the yellow label of my JBL Amp is:
JBL 96 533 836 80

Maybe the easiest way to find out would be to track down a sales brochure for the car. Surely that would list the various options for power from the stereo.

I know it is difficult to get the specs for these - but I can tell you that they were designed slightly differently as in the C6 for example, which was designed for the specific cabin acoustics. These do have their own ECU and should have 10 speakers (in 6 locations). They are wired differently to the normal systems and I know that the tweeters for example have additional electronics to prevent bass from being delivered to the front. Although a retrofit could be done - it would not be for the feint hearted - as this system has specific wiring that is different from the non-JBL unit. I think I've seen 240 watts listed for the Citroen C5 Mark II (2004-2007). I'm guessing that you may have to remove the speakers to see if there is any impedance / ratings printed on the speaker rears. There doesn't seem to be anything printed on the amp itself of any significance - so maybe asking JBL directly is one way to go as suggested by Richard.

Fill out the survey and give them a bad review! Nul points for not giving a contact email would be a starting point.
