iPhone won't stay logged in

Hi Admins

A problem I've noticed in the last week or two (I think) is that my iPhone won't stay logged into the forum - every time I receive an email notification and click the link to open it in Safari I find that I am not logged in.

If the post is in the blogs area (which is not visible to users logged out) then I am prompted to log in. I log in and check the box to remember me but next time the same thing happens again.

Is anyone else seeing this ? I'm not having the same problem on desktop browsers, only mobile.

No problem here on my Windows Phone! Also reported OK on an Android too...

Underlining is deliberate but we've not yet decided if it's permanent

Not seeing the underlining in Firefox Jim, although it is there in Chromium and Arora.

Steve, in Firefox, refresh using Ctrl+F5 and then you'll see it

Mike told me what to do as I couldn't initially see them either

Strange as I had just deleted all history and cookies.
Ctrl+F5 worked.

Just installed Mint on a new laptop and underline is there from the start.

I forget now what Mikes said a Ctrl+F5 does in Firefox.. I believe it might flush the css cache...

I use tapatalk on the phone and the tablet and have no change to it. But the forum is laid out completely differently on it. I very occasionally log in with chrome bur haven't done for ages. I might do so just to see the difference.

Annoyingly I'm getting the same issue now. I've cleared cookies and all that yadda but the only way in on the phone is via private mode.
I have do not track set and cookies only from visited sites but it doesn't affect any other forums or sites I need to login to.

If it works in private mode then there is very likely a stale cookie from FCF still being cached by your browser.
The forum software does not (as far as I know) have browsers-specific behaviour, the only difference for mobile browsers is that the layout of pages is altered for small screens.

I can't log on properly on either my phone or tablet now. I can't browse, can only see posts that I get notifications for. I get "sorry tapatalk plug ins have been deleted for this forum" I have no problems with any other forums I use with tapatalk, and I have not got a computer or laptop and the normal web forum will not load with i.e. on the phone, it will with chrome but is unusable due to small size of screen.
