It's a little old, it's still good...

A little line lifted and slightly modified from my all-time favourite Simpsons episode ... Lisa The Vegetarian...

I love Tunnocks Wafers.. They are the very best...

Yes thought I would plump for the Wafer to save getting into arguments with biscuit afficionardos as to whether these are biscuits or not!

Oh gosh yes, we don't want to start that argument all over again... It caused mayhem over on the British X-Biscuit Club Forum....

Not as much grief as on the Fancy Cake Forum though...

I was in central London today, for the corporate induction. On the way back home via Paddington station I encountered this H Van. Sorry about the image quality, only a low res camera phone;

Its been pretty quiet over the winter for HVan spotting so nice to see a new spot. Reckon that one got trailered in though...no reg plates and a bit difficult seeing out of the windscreen!

I have 3 more H Vans to add, but I am sure the last one will earn me negative points. Please don't blame me for what it is, but I will accept criticism for taking the photos. My apologies for the quality, taken using a camera phone. The first pair of photos are from Wokingham;

The second pair of photos were taken in Epsom;

The last pair are from Westfield Shopping Centre, Shepherd's Bush;

The roll-over bars for when you take corners too enthusiastically are cute.

Another H Van, spotted in Basingstoke;

I have been told that this one does run.

There's a H van lives about a mile from me. I ride past it when I go cycling every day. I often think I'll stop and ask the owner if I can take a picture.

Could be Claude the Butler Sticky they are based in Frome, and also have a nice estafette to call on as well

NewcastleFalcon wrote:Could be Claud the butler Jim, they are based in Frome. Yapp Wines call on them to cater when they have their "end of bins" sales. I do like a tenuous link...(as above link from Citroen H, to Broom Wagon, to Tour de France, to Masham's little jumpers, to Masham's rival brewers..to a which is the best beer dilemma!)

Image

There is also a cycling link with Claud the Butler, as they do specialise in catering for cycling events, and of course Claud Butler is a famous cycle manufacturer so the name is no co-incidence.

looks like they also have a Renault Estafette to call on
