Re: And we're back but...
We're on the backup server still. when Jim and I get the chance, he'll export the database for me and I'll import it on the new server I've built with the latest version of PHPBB and then images, smilies and tapatalk should then work.demag wrote:I'm confused. Yes I know it doesn't take a lot, it's my age. Since the outage a few weeks back I can't use Tapatalk. I know Jim did explain it wasn't enabled on the back up server but I'm not sure what server we are on. Are we still on back up or are we on the main server? Or is it me that's the problem as my phone is doing some odd things at the moment.

Both Xac and I are exceedingly busy people and getting together to get this all sorted is proving quite a challenge

Re: Re:
I feel exactly the same Jim. I often wish there was another way. I've managed to cut my usage down quite a lot though. I think I could manage with just a decent sized phablet now. I use it for nothing other than coming here to bug you lot, the dreaded Facebook and reading the news, autosport.com and watching highlights of various motor racing formulae.CitroJim wrote:You betaddo wrote:It's great you both have a life away from the screen!I hate all computers and everything related to them with a passion. Someone needs to invent a folding screen.... a phablet with a folding screen. I hate watching on a very small screen. Something small with a fold-out screen big screen would be utterly fantastic.
Re: And we're back but...
Now now Jim, don't exaggerate. Even the person I know who likes Vauxhalls spends his time detesting his.CitroJim wrote:

Jim and Xac I wasn't having a moan just not sure about the site status. What you both do for us all is above and beyond and very much appreciated.
