Re: C5 heater blower - Location of resistor pack?
Also, the circuit board looks immaculate. I have resoldered all the main joints that I can see but it made no difference when I refitted it. I am still not sure if the fault lies with the blower fan so dont know if I should buy a replacement resistor pack with the off chance that it may fix the fault.

Re: C5 heater blower - Location of resistor pack?
I too have a 57 plate C5 with a faulty climate control system. The driver's side runs hot, whilst the pax side is cold. I had the same problem with an older model, changed the climate control module down by the clutch pedal, problem solved. But I can't find the module on the newer version. Could it be the resistor pack that I need to replace? Any advice gratefully received!

Re: C5 heater blower - Location of resistor pack?
There is a known issue with the C5 in that the flap control motor becomes detached from the air flap. This can cause an inbalance in the cabin where the driver can be fried while the front passanger is frozen. The following link is just one example;

Re: C5 heater blower - Location of resistor pack?
Can anyone tell me where is the location of the resistor for the c5 mk2 (facelift)?! And part number reference?! My blower when I start the car, it functions, but after a while it stops blowing fast and I feel only a whisper of wind coming out of the dash vents. (Like bowling at the lowest velocity).

What are you after? The passenger Heating Resistance module (to supplement cabin temp / demisting) or the blower motor control motor / resistance?
