breakers yard

Post by citronut »

i found a brilliant breakers yard today in our search for a front hub for my daughters Synergie,
they must be one of the only old fashioned yards left, were you are alowed to climb over and in and out of the cars to take your own bits off,
very reasonably priced i bought two front struts a front hub two 15" 5 stud steel wheel rims, and a throttle body for Richards (handyman ) 1.8 16V XANT

all for £90 quid

they have a huge pile of pugs and a few C5's amongst all the other brands there

Our local scrap yard is like that, you can go and take your own bits off. They have a section of cars which you can just rip things off and another section where they like to watch you take things off, though they get bored and leave you to it after a few minutes  I was there today in fact.
