Black smoke on a clio 1.5dci help please

Hi, i have a 1.5dci 80 on a 04 plate , i have noticed that under moderate acceleration i get black smoke from the exhaust , i have just serviced the car and cleaned the EGR, i have as slight whistle from the turbo at 2000/3000rpm and i noticed that with the bonnet up at my freind revving the car up to 4000rpm i get no sound from the turbo indicating any problems and also when the car is stationary and you rev up to 4000rpm their is no smoke from the exhaust apart from a bit of grey, could any please help as to why when i am on the road it smokes but from stioanarry it does not .Thanks
