I have a R19 gts 1.4 rhd.
The clutch is heavy & stiff. Changed the pressure plate & clutch disk without any change.
Please could you give me a solution.
I am having cramps with this clutch.

I don't mean to teach you to suck eggs but you have checked the clutch cable for being stiff.If it is then you will have to take it out of the car and hang it up to oil it.
