Scenic indicators all U/S!?

Morning all,
I'm new to this forum, was directed here from another site.

I didn't know this site existed, looks good and I hope someone can help me :?

I have a 2002 Scenic which, during towing a trailer yesterday, all the indicators are not working.

I can hear the "clicky" noise from the relay(?), but it's clicking super-fast, like it does when a bulb blows and the other two flash really fast.

Has the relay failed? and if so, where the hell is it???

Was the trailer connected up? I mean to the electrics and stuff? Could be that the tow plugs made have shorted out. Have you tried a multi meter across the socket and checked for voltage etc?
The wifes got a C4 I've got a ZX TD SX!!!!
