This coming Thursday (09/05) Lidl have an air cooler for sale. I have something similar, and it can take a bad night (when it is to hot and muggy to get any sleep) to a tolerable night (where you get a few hours sleep). Yes, it isn't as good as A/C, but it does make a difference.

So are you 100% that the replacement drive is not defective? As I said these are not available except used. The only way to test it is with either an older computer or use a SATA to PATA converter in a modern PC and then use some HDD utilities to check its usage and history / condition.

I would want to rule out HDD problems that may be preventing...

We have not been afflicted by the Steering Rack failure but both of our X7 models are conventional suspension.
Could LDS be causing the failures with the X7 racks? I know earlier models were not affected, but is it possible that the seals in the earlier racks were designed for LDS? Later racks were they designed for Power Steering fluid? Or are...

Hi svod, good work, congratulations.
I don’t suppose you might consider re manufacturing the steering pipes at all. They come up in the forums time and time again and are no longer available or manufactured by Citroen, I certainly would buy a set or two if they were available.
