C5 X7 2012 has no Bluetooth or USB......

Hi Marc ,
One of my friends recently bought a Citroen exclusive C5 X7 Model 2012, with VIN number -
VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]
Can you please help answer some questions? :
1. The vehicle has magneti marelli navigation system - Auto radio CD Gsm Mp3 HDD - RT3eV-N3-Q1 - Peugeot 807 - Citroen C5 C8 96645900XT
Has the cassette and screen been installed in the factory or has it been installed by the first owner ( aftermarket)? Does apple carplay or android auto be accepted?
2. Cassette has a SIM card slot for calls and no Bluetooth!! And there's no USB or aux in the box between the two front seats but there's an RCA input in the glove box.
3. Will the navigation system if it is updated and the map of Egypt be added will work off line or can it be operated through Data Sim card.

1) This is an RT4 not an RT3 and was factory-fitted.
1a) No, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay are not supported - these units were installed in 2008 and were in development a few years before this, so this is already a 16 year old car and way too early for AA and Apple CP.
2) This unit does NOT support Bluetooth. The unit opposite to the RED SOS slot has a SIM Card. If a valid SIM card is inserted, this can be used for emergency calls in a serious accident where the airbags are triggered by the system or can be used to make calls from the unit using the unit or steering wheel controls.
3) Navigation is ALWAYS offline. It does not use any data for navigation. As for the maps, only Europe is available and the last update was 2016/2017 whilst still available.
