Did you lot get it? All the local area here has been covered with a layer of Sahara sand for the last couple of days cars are thick with it. :(

The leaf has been relatively stationery other then a little test run the other day as I wrestle with the parking brake sorting out for its MOT, and this is what the roof looks like...it does have a layer of something or other on the roof but couldn't be sure its Sahara sand might just be general crud from the trees.

Any Sahara sand on my car is indistinguishable from the usual muck it carries around. Almost washed it last week then a brief return to sanity saved me the effort.
Northern Echo did mention it in the region though.
