minimum octane level for grand espace

hi new member here. i drive a 2001 grand espace here in singapore.. the bloody price of petrol rose again and i am considering switching to a cheaper grade. question is - can my car use ron 92 octane petrol?
its a 16v 2.0 petrol engine car was registered august 2001.... thanks!

any idea what would happen if I DID use a lower grade of petrol???
