DS5 hybrid dont start. With Movie

my name is cristiano and i can't write very well ingles.sorry.
I bought my 2012 hybrid DS5 and sometimes the car doesn't work.
when the car doesn't work I have to disconnect the battery for a while to get it to work.
when the car doesn't start, I notice that the instrument panel doesn't turn on either.
I did a diagnosis with the OBD2 and reported the error U0028.

When you disconnect the battery do you do a proper reset procedure?
