Hi , I noticed this thread , I have same problem heater blower stopped working, took to local garage and they said motor and fuse is fine , there is no earth supply to motor . So was wondering where this earth connection is located and can try rectifying myself

You may likely find it is the Heater Motor Control Module. When these fail it's usually all or nothing on the fan speed.

The power is supplied to the motor via the HMCM resistors, so that's why there won't be any power to the motor if this module has failed.
