It's ok it's just stopped flashing
CD drive just made a noise though and the display has not opened. @GiveMeABreak would it cause issues if I press the display open button during the flashing process?

I would of opened it if possible before starting the update, but I can't see an issue if you try it now.

Re: How to Replace the Internal MicroSD Card - RT6
It opened during the flashing process after I pressed the button. It's started up. There is a beeping noise. Pressing the setup button, shows a menu with configuration at the top and the only 2 options are display configuration and voice synthesis. Please help

So what have you done? Replaced the MicroSD card? Were you having issues before hand? Has the Firmware Update been completed?

Replaced the MicroSD with a 16GB card today. Before replacing the card, the unit would only show the peugeot logo and bootloop. Yes the firmware update has completed.

Re: How to Replace the Internal MicroSD Card - RT6
Ok, so try the BSI Reset / Battery Disconnect / Reconnect Procedure which will power off the RT6, but as per the guide, and on some vehicles depending on the pre-existing issues or the firmware that was originally on the unit, it can leave the unit in an unconfigured state. In other words it can reset the system and needs reconfiguring at the dealer. One of the disadvantages if you don't have a system back up from a good working unit before it started to have issues. At least this would allow the configuration to be restored.

Ok, will keep that option in mind. Do you know if the files in the attached picture are the configuration ones needed to get the features working again?

I don't use the RT6, so I can't tell you, but the User_com.dat is certainly the main one.

Re: How to Replace the Internal MicroSD Card - RT6
Thanks for all the help so far GiveMeABreak, I've used mirascripts to write the 8 files in my screenshot above to the RT6 and it appears to be fixed, apart from no map data. To fix that would it require a map update?

Yes, because all the map data is removed when you replace the Micros SD card, so you will need to reinstall your maps.

Re: How to Replace the Internal MicroSD Card - RT6
Thanks for the map link. After using mirascripts to copy the files onto the RT6, the next and previous track steering wheel buttons display a "unsupported key" message instead of changing the track. Please can you help with this?

Re: How to Replace the Internal MicroSD Card - RT6
I can't I'm afraid, that seems like one of the issues associated with the firmware update and likely needs the dealer to re-instal the RT6 from PSA servers, to revert options back. It doesn't happen to everyone, but like I mentioned, it can affect different vehicles depending on the original version of firmware they were upgrading from to start with.
