Well done. It is indeed a Kia Elan, check the bonnet and wheel badges. Apparently When Lotus collapsed before being taken over Kia bought the rights to the Elan and began making them. First one I've ever seen or even heard of!! Further info at :

Thats good to know Mick, when I saw that and your ROFL's I did think perhaps a bit of numberplate photoshopping may have gone on Shame on me!mickthemaverick wrote: ↑27 Aug 2019, 20:16 Well done. Re: I-Spy Classic Cars-What have you spotted?
oh dear.....I think this looks quite nice. But really it fetched next to nowt at the ACA August Auction. Taking it as a barometer of the desirability of 90's fairly ordinary looking audis like that black one I previously posted, i suspect that the black one isnt going to move far from its current resting place, and slowly fade away in spite of having that quattro badge.
including DS estate, 2 x CX, and even a C6!, Renault Vel Statis, and a Peugeot 505
Regards Neil
I have posted the French Contingent from that Auction over on the Classic Under 10K thread.

Just now, on the way into Reading, I was overtake by a red Jaguar E-Type, EOG 181K (I think the reg is correct).

With that vintage of E-type, the standard reds were signal, or this rather gorgeous Regency RedHell Razor5543 wrote: ↑06 Sep 2019, 13:34 Just now, on the way into Reading, I was overtake by a red Jaguar E-Type, EOG 181K (I think the reg is correct).

I think I've got it....
1968 Citroen ID19
This little site gives the colours years and pics for the DS family of cars. I think the colour is probably Bordeaux.
