I wonder how it'd look with a chrome wrap on it? I bet it'd look pretty good as it goes, it'd kind of protect the underneath until I can be arsed to sort it properly, and easily removable.

The picture is from the good old internet, and was taken in Ripon but it's the same vehicle.
It was dark in Chester-le-Street last night, and it was suspicious enough stopping in the middle of the street to have a closer look, without taking a few flash photo's outside someones house!

Re: Whatsthisthen?
It certainly looks quite "Concours d'elegance" in the sunny picture from the Ripon Racecourse Classic Car show 2012, but I have to say looks like its still a workhorse as well. There was a sizeable bit of tree in the pick up bit together with relevant toolage when I saw it

Re: Whatsthisthen?
Bit of tidying up....the pick up is a 1950's Chevrolet, and the dashboard is the Citroen C-Airplay Concept car introduced at the Bologna Motor Show in December 2005.
Driving home tonight under Northumberland's dark skies spotted up ahead this take on the "designer rear lights"
I'll give you a clue its not an Alfa Romeo Guilietta, if it was it would look like this
So any tail light aficionardos out there?
regards Neil
