1500 LZ is a part number for old pouch. As far as I know it's out of stock, it was about £150 at Citroen.
New part number is 9678027980. It's over £350. According to citroen service instruction you are supposed to use proper part number as replacement.

Re: Eolys?
Yes but the £150 kit was a 1.1 litre kit.
The other one is 3.3 Litres, so 3 times the price.

Re: Eolys?
After replacing the pouch do you just tell ecu you replaced it or you type in the volume of the pouch you put in?
How does it work like in diagbox?
If there's different sizes of the pouch there must be way to tell ecu what is put in.

I can't say for the pouch versions - as that might be just as simple as telling it that it has been replaced, as the pouch should be a standard size.

You mentioned two sizes of pouches in one of your previous posts...

Re: Eolys?
Yes, I meant standard sizes - but as I said, I have the tank - not pouches. It may very well be the same procedure for the Pouch as it is for liquid top-up. The instructions should be listed within the procedure regardless.

Re: Eolys?
I think the later pouch is more expensive by virtue of the additive rather than the volume - data suggests that it will use >3l over 75k, so a 3.3l pouch seems about right (not sure where you saw the volume, Marc?). Certainly when I did our C4 Picasso pouch there would have been no room for a larger pouch in the housing! I did consider having a go at refilling it, but got a pouch for about £120 so didn't bother - and when I got it out it was leaking so just as well! When replaced it just asked me if I had fitted a new one and that was it, no questions about volume. Similar when I put the Lexia on crapday's X7 - although that is a tank, it didn't ask for the volume (although the amount it then reported in the tank was significantly less than Gary had added!). It shouldn't be too hard to drop the tank out and have a look to see if the bag is intact, and how much is left to determine if it's worth having a bash at putting a litre or 2 in it - if you're not doing that many miles it will last a good while.

9678027980 Is the reference the OP linked to Richard, and if you look closely on the package, bottom left of the photo below, you can just see the 3.3l. You have to be an eagle eyed Eddie to see it otherwise

Re: Eolys?
I got a 2012 Citroen C5 1.6 eHDI 112hp and the "DPF ADDITIVE TOO LOW" warning light came on. I know I need EOLYS Powerflex fluid. My question to you is, does my car have a pouch or a tank that needs just a top-up(I ithink it might be a tank with 5l of capacity? And if so, where is it located and what panels do I need to remove to get to the said tank or pouch. Also, I am planning to fill it with 3l of fluid, and I've read somewhere that my version has 5l tank. Is this going to not make the warning go away?

Re: Eolys?
Pop up your VIN and I'll let you know. It will be a tank not a pouch on the X7, but your VIN will confirm.
