She's back on the ward after her operation which was described as successful!

I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!

Pleased that it all went well for her. Always a worry even if it is described as a routine operation.

A nice easy 10K run on a supreme morning
I always love how our local florist, called Bluebell, dresses their window and always with a theme... This autumn scene is really quite magical

I don't know what they are James but those shrubs that turn that shade of red in the autumn are magnificent! A great photo

From the left we appear to have a fig tree, then immediately below that with a white inflorescence (flower) attached (very fragrant in still air) is a Cordyline, above that is a palm of one sort or another, and the red leaved thing would probably be a Vitis coignetiae or Crimson Glory Vine. Quite the Mediterranean feel to that end of the garden

Re: Picture(s) of the day....
Great time of year to photograph a Blue Car Jim (yes I think you have that box ticked!). Orange is opposite Blue on the "colour wheel" and a background of orangey leaves on the ground in an avenue of beech or horse chestnut trees will really make the blue of the car stand out.CitroJim wrote: 15 Oct 2022, 11:31 On the theme of autumnTaken this morning on my way to parkrun...

Re: Picture(s) of the day....
Medication to cure a nasty infection I've picked up from playing around with sexy little French cars and not wearing adequate protection
Later today I'm getting a tetanus jab too
Last one was in 1987
Whilst at the Chemist I booked my 'flu jab
I could post a picture of my horribly infected body part but maybe best I don't
