So small they are practically impossible to get a decent photo of.
They appeared last year. I sealed the sill up where gaps had appeared but they still shop up, no idea where they get in.
It is, coincidentally, the same sill that the blue tits are nesting under.
Sure they are not mites? Birds might be the culprits. ETA - Aah - thought that was a hole! Bed bug?

Red & White Chestnut trees - used to like seeing them flower. One of the beauties of being 'on the road' driving buses along a regular route was to watch the seasons and the foliage appear, change, and turn bronze.

Nearly went for a Bentley R type many years ago, but bottle'd out. Still like Rover 90's - leather and walnut.
But Sunbeams . . !

these cars were coach built and to a high standard. Biggest regret car wise was not buying a Morris Minor Million with the reg DRM 100 for £450. (DoRMouse)

They mite be! How do you tell?
The hole for the blue tits is on the outside, these little bug(ger)s are on the inside.
If they are bed bugs they are hopeless as all the beds are bug-free and they are in the wrong room.

A better photo. Dug a miniature tripod out for the Fuji camera. It still has problems focusing on them. Reflective background - plastic sill.

They are stupid carpet beetles as they can't find the carpet - and I am not going to show them where it is.

3 easy ways to deal with them. Replace your carpet with Lino. A small tactical nuclear weapon. Move house. Pick whichever takes your fancy :-D

Bugger that - that carpet is the only decent one in the house.

Strange that they are never seen anywhere but on that windowsill.
I'll leave the window open and the birds can eat them - they seem to be ignoring the food put out for them.

Probably the same here too Neil but missed it watching Evija and Evora videos.
Those American presenters drive me up the wall, have to turn them off and try and find someone who hasn't ingested so much coke and coffee.

Introducing the 'Viewing Lounge'.

The shed registration is FRW 283. It was dug out of the ground when creating the patio thing. Been buried for sixty years at least. Apparently it was a back door of an early Commer van that the tenant farmer's Father once had.

A Vertical Axis Wind Turbine.

Pheasants by the thousand. The Keeper has decided to build a holding area in the woods. Several thousand were delivered early on Sunday last, many decided they preferred freedom and flew out. Since then someone has opened a gate releasing them on two occasions - two successive nights. They are a plague. All over the garden and apt to destroy flowers which has put SWMBO in a right strop. The Keeper will need ear defenders.
