I shall be on the look out for Mk1 parts so if anyone has some stashed away then let me know.
I will keep you posted as to progress, so far today its had a interior valet, changed a couple of broken lamps, fitted the important CCC tax disc holder, new drivers mirror and of course that horrible tow bars off too.

Re: Hello Again.
Tim, going back to your Xantia and a comment made in the CXM thread that it was great for a few minutes. That makes sense from what I observed on the Lexia as it warmed up.
When the engine was cold it ran lovely. The point is that when cold the ECU is running open-loop and disregarding the oxygen sensor as it's not hot enough to give a signal. Your problems start when the ECU switches to closed loop and starts to look for a signal from the sensor.
Yours looks wrong as it's almost static. The output from the sensor should slowly vary over a range of just under 100mV to well over 800mV; yours well stuck at around 450mV and varied by only tiny fractions from this.
I reckon a new sensor should help enormously. Thing is, when you replace it you need to do it with a Lexia connected to see if a new one gives the right signal.

Re: Hello Again.
I dont have access to a Lexia Jim, the temp sensor was changed a while back and seems to work fine.
Im wondering if the wiring from the lmabda is at fault or possibly the ECU?
