I've found it but I have to reduce the zoom on my laptop screen from its normal 100% to see it
Its still in room 101 for the irritation factor! The white X only appears at 90% or less on my laptop display.

Fine for me too Neil, however I 'd suggest the screenshot you posted looks like the black part of the form is too narrow suggesting it has a bit behind the window frame and needs scrolling down to reveal the closing 'x'

Can't press any buttons scroll or whatever to get it to display the "x" at 100%. Just me then, but that's exactly what room 101 is its a collection of personal depositories so that little laptop/website irritation of the disappearing white X is firmly in my 101 collection today!

Just a thought, I had a look at my desktop display resolution in settings and noticed that there are options very close to each other. Mine is set to the top highlighted one but the one below is only slightly different but would result in slightly less being displayed so it may be worth you checking Neil! Here's how mine looks:

A bit of a swerve here bit in the past few days the Northern Powergrid map doesn't work. I used to be able to zoom it, like Google maps, and see where the power cuts were. It is completely static now and useless.
Same on both laptops and with both browsers - Firefox and Brave. (Linux Mint).

Mine says 125% Mick, you have hit the nail on the head I think. I'm used to that must have been that for ages, so I'll just stick with it, and fiddle my way round the odd anomaly like that fully charged sign up thing.

That's one thing I can do Steve, zoomable Northern Powergrid Map on the laptop here (Windows 10 and Edge (125% screen display!))
