map has no updates or this in all in one ?

Integrated now for this system, which is why the file is so big (about 23 Gb)

I wanted to update the maps and radio via citroen update toll, but the program told me that it was not possible for the given vehicle.

My problem is the activation service:

Navigation live plus result “in activation” but I don’t see any navigation or maps in my car.

E-remote service, the activation final step is blocked, “wait the sw install on car” I try to travel for hours but nothing.

Myopel is a bad app

That message would indicate that your dealer needs to check the activation status of your services subscription. For later vehicles I think you only get 3 months free of live services, then you have to pay via subscription to receive further updates.

So it is no uncommon for there to be issues with the service activation from your account.

My advice is to log into your Peugeot live services account via the web and check the status of your service activation.

Greetings to all. I am pretty new in the Forum trying to get some answers. I recently purchased C5 Aircross VIN number VR7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]. Through the My Citroen application it said that I have one or more software updates. I have downloaded the update (23,17GB) and prepared the USB. The update said cartography+firmware but I think just firmware was installed. It says that the system version is 42.03.33.42_NAC-r0 (but when I check again the Citroen update offers me the same version to update). After that it requires installation of the maps but return with an error that additional installation is required and that I need to connect to mycitroen.fr. Existing maps are deleted. I have tried several times but same things happens. Can somebody help me (I found on this forum some version 44 and then maps but when I put USB in nothing happens). When I put same USB with citroen update application doing the work it does the job but the version 42 is the latest. Any help how to recover or install new maps? Is there a way to just install the maps and if it is the case can someboty send me the files that is in line with current software version. Thanks in advance

Your maps are showing as version 6.3.0-r0, which are from June 2018!

There are known issues with these wretched combined updates.

So here is the latest map version for your vehicle

Thank you, I have followed your instructions and when I put USB in the car nothing happens (like I didnt put anything). I have changed the USB and also nothing. USB port works normally and when done through CItroen Update it started with software update immediately but then the maps were deleted. Can you send me file to try with combined version Software + Maps? One thing is (I dont know whether it is important) that I use MAC (I do format USB via Disk Utility to FAT32). Or do you have some other proposal? Thanks in advance
