Excellent Mark, I must say walking dogs is a very pleasant thing to do indeed. I find it's a great ice-breaker and leads to some very interesting chats with fellow dog walkers.

I love it but at the moment owning a dog of my own is not really feasible but as soon as it is I'll be getting a little Spaniel...

The berlingo performed fantastic on its run down to Staffordshire, the only issue was the god dam awful noise at around 65 mph which I'm pretty sure is caused by the load stops on the roofbars. They will be removed for its next trip down in a couple of weeks and see if that makes a difference . It will be getting an oil change in the next few weeks even though it will have only done about 3k since it was last changed, I don't want the turbo issues to rear it's ugly head so better to be safe than sorry.

Well I'm sat in autoglass having a new rear window fitted after some s**t tried to break into it last night,luckily the window held out as it was tinted with a dark film. So next up will be an alarm to hopefully deter the scum and some rear window grilles. Other than that the blingo is running sound.

Nothing is safe nowadays Jim, the berlingo may go in the garage but it will be very close with the roofbars on. I don't really want to keep the 406 outside, I don't think it will happen.

Nothing much to report on the berlingo front really, I've fitted some rear window blanks so nothing can be seen in the back, next up possibly an alarm and lock protectors.

It's a great allrounder Jim, economical, surprisingly nice to drive, comfortable and I can fill the back with stuff. Shame they never did one with the 2.0hdi 16v engine in for some extra poke.

Are you thinking of another ZX Mark?..........after selling that good one? I suppose we all do that mind you. I call it revisiting
I suspect the Xsara to be maybe a better car? Does not have the quirky looks of a ZX though. Coupe xsara is nice.......apart from some girlie colours.

I'd never find another Zx as nice as my old 16v, Tbh I'm absolutely loving the 406 coupe and the V6 burble is intoxicating. It's not as exclusive as the Zx but it's still a pretty rare sight. And the best thing is it cost less than a third of what I got for the Zx. A one owner fsh car for not much more than what it costs to tax a range rover.

The berlingo has nothing to report on, it's been used as storage while we've been having some decorating done so has been very useful, it will be getting a long overdue wash this week, it's already got its winter paint protection on courtesy of dodo juice's supernatural hybrid and it will be getting a spray of Sonax brilliant shine detailer after every wash, that's it for now.

The blingo will be getting a long overdue wash today and a top up of screenwash. I'll give the interior a little fettle too. There's nothing else to report on it really as it does its job faultlessly, warming up nice and quick on these cold days and returning pretty decent mpg to boot. The 406 is tucked away in the garage and only getting used on dry days.

The berlingo is performing faultlessly, it needed nothing other than topping up the screenwash with concentrate (berry blast from Halfords) it smells lovely and works well too. The dodo juice supernatural hybrid is holding up well to the winter conditions, it gets a top up with sonax-xtreme-brilliant-shine-detailer after every wash and it repells the water very well indeed. There's nothing major planned for the blingo other than to sort out a very annoying rattling airpipe going to the airbox which is very awkward to get to, I may wait until the weather picks up to sort this.
