I think all other drivers stayed clear, to not get damaged by any gravel thrown up if the Marcos pulled away in a hurry (they could be a bit savage when pulling away!).

200 miles this morning.......had to go to the city of Murcia!

Humidity in the city is unbearable.....you just stand there and you're drenched!

I was glad to get back into the mountains of Granada where the air is dry!

some of the local boy racers park like that in Telford in a full car park - I guess so no one parks too close to their precious motor. They should get charged for 2 spaces

I once saw a Mercedes diagonally parked in a multi-storey car park, taking up THREE spaces. Next time I saw that Mercedes it had TWO parking tickets!

I wonder if the name is the only similarity between Murcia & West Murcia, which I guess will have been close to your old stomping ground Pete.

On the subject of parking: I was amusing myself a couple of mornings ago, casting my eyes northwards from my Cornflakes & Cosmo (I have no shame!), watching various persons driving into a space in the near empty car park, then shunting back and forward to get it straight, sometimes more than once.

Commonsense just ain't that common!

Are my cars magnetic? That's the question!. Every bloody time I park on an empty car park, I park alone. When I return my car is surrounded by other cars. The place is still 80% empty! Maybe other cars like company more than mine!. Or, maybe my cars are really sociable when I'm not in them!
