The design has changed little since the AX.

I'm not sure it's worth you time folks. The front mounted starter is easy to get at, think best save your efforts and (if needed) I'll grab another second hand starter (and likely give it a clean up and regrease before fitting) for as little as £20-25

Yep, when my starter started playing up and popping the 20A solenoid fuse (when warm) I replaced the solendoid for about 20€ with a Mitsi one.

Trip to the tip (obviously, it's the weekend!) and

Electrical fault, have vehicle repaired
+ SERVICE light

Has made a reappearance. Started fine (both at home and 5 minutes drive + 10 minutes boot unloading later on way back from tip) and the SERVICE and fault message both didn't come back on the second start up.

Diagbox laptop on charge, fault code reading in a bit.

Thirty day window for return on my new BPGA, looks like it could still be being fitted! (Have not initiated the Return Process as yet)

Have a long trip away down to Bristol with work next week, so this isn't really the birthday present I'd like to pick up!!
