€2.019 (£1.76) for diesel, and €1.899 (£1.66) for petrol around here today. Prices seems to be going back up

That's a good price Steve! One of the Supermarkets?
I see Tesco around these parts are will undercutting the likes of Shell, BP, Esso and the like, especially for E5...

Sainsbury's. Always go there, it is only a mile away.
Have to go after 7pm though, huge queues during the day.

Same with our Tesco... I always fill up when I do my weekly shop... At 6AM on a Tuesday... Forecourt and shop nicely deserted...
In fact, those of us in the shop at that time are all early-bird regulars and have formed a sort of informal club! Remarkably, we see the same checkout lady every week and more amazingly, the same shelf-stackers stacking exactly the same shelves...
