DS3 1.6hdi Engine AIR codes

Replaced the maf and after driving 150 miles the same codes come up again. They clear themselfs and the soft limiter just by turning the engine off and on again 2 times. Still not sure.

Do waste gates on the hdi turbos go sometimes? My thoughts maybe the actuator is holding closed too much

If your code reader does live data have a look at the MAP values, they should change as the accelerator pedal is used. Problems with this sensor can appear to be MAF ones. I found on our C5 it would occasionally give P0299 and when I looked at live data the MAP was not changing much and on removal found it was bunged up with carbon. I tried carb cleaner and it then accelerated a lot better but threw up different codes suggesting a MAF fault. A new MAP sensor fixed it.

it does do live data yes. i was watching the maf and egr which both were operating correctly. egr position was at 0% under full load and around 40% under light driving. seems normal to me. I'm not sure where the MAP is in the engine bay but will take a look for it.

The car has been running rich since this code has been coming up aswell, bit of blue smoky and a bit smelly

Can you gain access to any diagrams of the intake system? Intake to Turbo and turbo to intercooler / manifold. If any include locations of sensors that would be helpful too. Vin should be in the first post on this thread

Right, A new MAP and a new MAF have still not sorted the problem. I'm suspecting now it's the EGR valve. making may way through the list slowly but surely. just rather annoying cause it's not everytime i drive it comes on it is mostly when i let off the accelerator during a higher load.

Not exactly sure where the egr is but i think i've seen it before under the air box. maybe i will just attempt to clean it becuase they seem expensive

FOUND ISSUE!:

the post DPF pressure sensor hose/pipe had come dislodged from the block clamp and the clip on it has punctured the intercooler. Could i get a part number for the replacement intercooler please?
