Of course, the line should have said Commander Bond!mickthemaverick wrote: 11 Sep 2022, 18:50...according to an interview with the script writer I heard this morning, the sketch was written without her having to speak, but when she saw the script her comment was "Don't you think I should have a line?" Needless to say a line was immediately added!!

As I get older I think a lot about the hereafter - I go into a room and then wonder what I'm here after.

Speaking of number plates: you might have noticed the MYT1 (geddit?) number plate on a Range Rover in the funeral procession yesterday. It was first applied to the Queen's Vauxhall Cresta, and the number is said to have been ordered by the Duke of Edinburgh as a joke

The BBC has offered a live feed streaming of Queen Elizabeth II lying-in-state in Westminster Hall which should be available globally for anyone to watch.

Re: Queen Elizabeth II
The Queens vehicles don't require a number plate. It's was her country and only us mere mortals need to be identified. Same way police cars don't need to be taxed but always showed a tax disc. It just goes to show how down to earth she was when doing these filming things.
