When I was running the C15 on 30% sunflower oil (before I discovered I shouldn't) I only added it immediately before topping up with just enough diesel at the start of a long run (i.e. 100 miles minimum) so there was never more than a trace left in the system: probably why the Lucas pump survived! Possibly not a good idea to use it for short trips &/or with infrequent refuelings.
