lexia install not working on win xp 32

Really - I wouldn't bother with Lexia stand alone cersion - it has not been supported independently from Diagbox for a long time.
Can you simply not clean up your system and install Diagbox - it may be a lot easier as Diagbox does all the launching of PP2000 or Lexia or Diagbox dependng on the vehicle automatically.
