Did you find the reason for the lack of power?! I have the same problem with my Picasso. I don't have power to go over on a pavement curb from standstill position even with fully pressed accelerator pedal and the revs wont go over 1800-1900rpm

Yes I found the reason for the lack of power it was a defective torque converter.
