Have you checked on the Lexia Locations list (link below) - there is one user there (hirameuser) who lives covers North Cornwall and East Devon - try sending a Private Message.

Thank you Marc, sadly there's no one in north devon. How ever I have found a local company here in north devon.

Motatec
unit 4,
grantton court,
roundswell industrial estate,
Barnstaple,
Devon,
ex31 3nl

Tel: 01271 323235

I have posted it so you can maybe add it to the list to help others in my area, as where I live the towns are spread part and are along way apart from anyone who can help.

I’m not saying all these other answers are incorrect but please, if this happens to you please try not to panic straight away like I did. Stuck in Cornwall in an area with no phone signal, we could not start the car after a day at the beach and this was the error message we were getting. Panic set in straight away. Long story short. Ours ended up being the battery in the key that needed replacing 👍 once that was swapped we were on our way and had no worries since 🙏

Also a faulty key battery will not stop the car starting, If you remove the battery from the key completely the car will still start.
