Need to use the spare and bolt is stuck front tyre is possible illegal!

Using that shallow groove is a pain in the whatsit. Get someone to weld a (wheel-size) nut on top of the groove, then you can use your wheelbrace/socket without slipping off.

......................and buy one of these, they are dirt cheep and you can use it on ANY car you may have or wish to assist (4x sizes), you can even stamp on them if a tyre monkey has rattled your nut up tighter than a tight thing.
