What a brilliant send-off - thanks for the photos. It's definitely the measure of a popular enthusiast when people come out like this.

That is a great picture of our Rally Car!

It was running low on fuel so Dom and I had to pop to the petrol station...typical though that there were 3 CXs trying to get into the carpark with us trying to get out. They wouldn't mess with our bull bar though! 8-) :lol:

Certainly hard to believe it's been a year. I'm sure he's having the time of his life in the great luxury car dealership in the sky.

Two years... Where has that time gone... :o

Few pics - his old V6 at the CCC X Rally (Burghley House) where it won Best Xantia:

Three years... Where that time has gone I don't know... :o

RIP Roger.

Here's a picture of Roger back in the day - a scan from an old Citroenian from 1992..

As most of you know, his old Xantia V6 is now in the very good hands of Steve/Trainman which is great news. :) http://www.frenchcarforum.co.uk/forum/v ... 14&t=45951" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Pictured here at the CX, XM and Xantia Rally a few weeks ago (Steve's picture)...

Roger's son, Matthew, and I have recently been giving Roger's Prestige some well deserved TLC after it's spell of hibernation - it will be at the 40th anniversary next year at the CX, XM and Xantia Rally along with the Rally Car too.

Pictured here a few months back prior to a light restoration commencing...
