Some Toyota also have these NAC and RCC systems. There isn't an official "Toyota Update" software just like the "Citroën/DS/Opel/Peugeot/Vauxhall Update", but the official https://www.toyota-tech.eu/ site usually has some support for those systems. And the manual method of extracting the .tar update to a FAT32-formatted USB flash drive works fine.
The update files are exactly the same (for the same hardware and Wave level).

In that previous screen, where you see the "System version: 0931x", that "x" should be a letter "A" to "D". If your hardware variant is "A" or "B", unfortunately there is nothing you can do - it lacks the hardware to support CarPlay and/or Android Auto. If it is the "C" or "D" variants, it should work fine with a good USB data cable. Some Toyota have the Android Auto disabled from factory, but could be enabled through the OBD port.

I have a Peugeot 508 II 2021, I wanted to update the firmware of i-Cockpit, now I have 42.03.31.32_NAC-r0 and Peugeot Update App gives me an option to update to 44.07.33.32_NAC-r0. I was able to update the maps to 17.0.0-r0 but when I try to update the firmware I get "Version not compatible with hardware". I have tried downloading the 44.07.33.32_NAC-r0 manually from a site from a previous comment and activating the WiFi before putting the USB stick in the car but this didn't resolve the issue. Could this be an issue with the license, how do I generate it on my own? Because I don't know how to generate it for my car/update version. @rui_saraiva , do you have any advice what would be a best course of action? Should I put the update file from your site without a licensce on the USB stick? Or should I combine this update with the license from Peugeot App, or maybe do I need to generate a license file on my own and put it on USB stick along with the update?

I saw that voice commands are subscription only and the Citroen Dealership wanted to charge me 500€ to update the maps and system !
The telemaintainance function on the MyCitroen services doesn't seem to update anything (my service is due and AdBlue is due). Are they just using it to sell data to insurance companies?

Hi All, Hope someone can help, tried updating my touch screen software 2021 peugwot 2008 - VIN VR3**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]

Peugeot update tells me update available is 44.06.44.22_NAC-r0 however there are later versions available according to this forum.

I tried this one and get message (version not compatible with hardware) called peugeot and they say because the car is over 5 years old now so they dont allow free updates. Literally a week over 5 years old.

Is anyone able to provide me with the latest update files and key file with instructions to update offline via usb?

I'm trying to update the firmware to the Peugeot Update version, but I always get the same error message: "Version not compatible with the hardware." What should I do? Do you have any suggestions?
