The day began with some shadow art:

Then we got on board the ferry:

On board the ferry the effects of the early start were wearing off:

However, after disembarking and driving through the morning across Belgium, we stopped just after Liege for a lunch break, getting a bit tired!:
Not really hungry but a drink and choccy bar was welcome!

I spotted the bike in the conservatory and had to give it a go:

Having left them sorted and eaten dinner I headed off to my digs for the next three nights. My daughter had sorted out a B & B for me which is very nice indeed, as I am past garden hammock sleeping :-D

Ah, I think it's done the silly "rotate when you click on it thing" ! For clarity foot is/was poking vertically straight up!!

(And is resting on the top tether strap of the car seat rather than completely freestanding)
